Kashmala Tariq New and Hot Looks from Parties and Interviews

Here are Hot and Sexy but Good Looking Pictures of Kashmala Tariq. If You Dont Know About Her, This Information Will Help you.

Kashmala Tariq (Urdu: کشمالہ طارق ) (born January 24, 1972 in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan) is a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from the Women Reserve Constituency NA-277 for the province of Punjab. She belongs to the Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-e-Azam) or PML-Q. Tariq was elected on September 24, [2007]] to chair the Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians from 2007 to 2010. This election is controversial as Pakistan was suspended by the Commonwealth due to the imposition of emergency and the curbing of civil and political rights on November 3, 2007. These actions, which lead to Pakistan's suspension from the Commonwealth under the rule of President Pervaiz Musharraf, were supported by Ms. Tariq.

She was not very well known in political circles and it is said that she was introduced to the present top brass of the PML-Q by Mian Waheed-ud-Din, a former member of the National Assembly from Lahore. Kashmala lodged a police complaint against Din for allegedly entering her house by force while being armed, and for threatening her. She was awarded the degree of L.L.M. from the London School of Economics in 1999 or 1993.

Early life and education:

She belongs to a respectable middle class family of Lahore.

Kashmala Tariq completed her graduation from the Kinnaird College for Women, a prestigious institute in Lahore [www.kinnaird.edu.pk]. She enrolled in the LLB program at the Punjab university where she joined the PSF and started her political life as a student activist. She also worked with the famous lawyer S.M Zafar for eight years. She got her LLB degree from the Punjab University in 1996. She was awarded the degree of LLM from the London School of Economics in 1999. Around this time, she was also the chief organizer of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf in UK. As a chief organizer she was considered very energetic and influential. On July 8th 2008 her membership for the Pakistan Muslim League Quad-e-Azam was Canceled. Party President alleged her for making forwarded block in the party.

Political career:

Kashmala Tariq entered the Pakistani Parliament on a seat reserved for women. The political party in direct proportion to seats won in the election gets a portion of its nominated women into parliament from the total pool of 72 women seats. These nominated women do not need to take part in electoral politics.

Prominence:

She is quite popular in the press for her police cases against a man, Mian Wahidudin, with whom she had a relationship which lead to her getting nomination for the reserved seats in 2002. First case involved a piece of land which was given to her for some reason and then taken back. The second case involved a land cruiser, which also was given to her by the same man, and to claim which, he burst into her home with armed guards to take back. Despite being a married mother, she is nowadays linked to another failed politician, who was instrumental in getting her nominated into parliament in 2008 on reserved seats again, however since the politician's own clout has diminished due to his defeat in the 2008 elections, he was unable to save her from being expelled from PML-Q, the party on whose ticket she made her backdoor entry into parliament. Her expulsion from PML-Q also means the ticket on which she is in parliament will become vacant in order for PML-Q to nominate a fresh candidate in Kashmala's place.

Though not from a political or aristocratic background, her approach towards the ill treatment of women of Pakistan has won her a great deal of support. Kashmala is also known as a fierce supporter of General Pervez Musharraf.
